Ha Ha, fooled you! You thought this would be one of those fancy forms where you fill in the blanks and click 'submit', right? Well, you're wrong. You see, all applications must be accompanied by a short bio and a demo tape, and these MUST BE MAILED. To keep all your stuff happy and together, we would rather that you just print off this page (you know, the 'Print Frame' or 'Print' item on the 'File' menu on your browser), fill in the blanks, and send it to us at the address below, along with the bio and tape. Note that the application deadline is August 7, 1998. Therefore, you shouldn't even be reading this page. Go to jail, do not pass go, do not collect 200 dollars.

The only exception: if your band has a website that contains bio information and some song samples, then we will go to the trouble of checking the website instead of demanding a tape and bio. If that is the case, copy the following questions (and your answers, of course) into an e-mail message to wasteband@yahoo.com.
