Review by Darren Kerr

Ozric Tentacles have been one of England's best-kept secrets for years, putting out album after album of music that could only be called 'extra terrestrial.' In fact, "Ozric Tentacles" could possibly be rune language for "intricate shit," even though they are medieval like a Tolkien web site or a dragon created by Sony are medieval.

With their feet firmly planted in Hawkwind earth, and their hands touching a Tangerine Dream sky, Ozric Tentacles have concocted another album of space metal fusion that swirls through the air like pot smoke leaving the window of a hotboxed car. The title track stands out for sheer trickery, but "Oolite Grove" and "Spyroid" aren't far behind.

Exquisite music for zoning out to. And did I mention that they're totally instrumental?
