The Infamous Hamburger Transfer

CD Cover Trunk Federation
Alias

Review by Darren Gawle

45-second excerpt from "Quality Burn" (various formats)

Trunk Federation have two things working against them:

  1. this album is in no way an adequate soundtrack for sex
  2. I doubt I'll ever see 'Trunk Federation 4-ever' written in a public toilet stall.

Some songs on this CD carry themselves with a surprising amount of dignity ("Pinhead"), but most just come and go like so much of the white-bread Yankee post-grunge shite that's already been and gone. Hamburger Transfer is another 47 minutes that failed to change my life, another 47 minutes that I'll never have back again. It's not bad, just boring.
