Review by Darren Kerr

This is the second collection of tunes to benefit the Surfrider Foundation. It's a splendid looking package printed on recycled paper, and some of the enclosed tracks are excellent -- for example, Dick Dale and Gary Hoey's nitro-burning "Misirlou '97," Pennywise's reading of "I Get Around," Brian Setzer's big-band blowup "Fly Juice" and Ben Harper's laid-back shuffling "Excuse Me Mr."

Other big names include the over-rated 311, Counting Crows, Porno for Pyros, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Jewel, the Offspring... There's something for everyone, here. Recommended to all water signs.
